The guy who came out was very good, very nice and efficient. He cleaned up after himself and even reported to me that I had a window with a small break in it. He pointed that out to and showed it to me. He also told me what I should do about it. He also cleaned the outside of the windows on my greenhouse for no charge just because he was really intrigued that I had a greenhouse. So, I liked him quite a bit. I have not had any issues since the service was provided. He is reliable and he does what he says that he would do. He charges a reasonable price and he comes when he says that he is coming. He is probably all that you want from a window cleaner. We live in an expensive area so the price of the service seemed like a lot of money but I did not want to wash all the windows myself, and as I said, their price was comparable to other people in this area. I was actually just thinking about using him again but I have to wait until the pollens settle down.

I contacted Mike sometime in the spring regarding an estimate; was happy that he drove out here (north of Leesburg) to do the estimate himself. (I had contacted another cleaning company last year who did not come out to the house to provide an estimate--instead, I wasted time taking pictures of the house for him to use for the estimate. Will not do that again.) Mike provided the estimate and it was a bit difficult getting in touch with him to finalize things--he seems very busy and is often on a job site, so probably not able to get back to customers right away.
I am happy that I persisted and followed up with him, though. His crew of 3 individuals arrived on time and were professional throughout the day--uniforms, very quietly went about their business, answered my questions. They did not stop for lunch--though they certainly could have. They began at 8:30, ended at 4:00.
I went through the house with the crew leader to inspect the work and it was flawless. Windows were perfectly clean, no streaks, no dirt.
I absolutely will hire Mike again next year--experience was good, work was terrific.

We hold Mr Window Cleaning Service in the highest regard. They are the best residential window cleaning company in all of Prince William County for sure. They do all of our window washing, exterior power washing of our siding and outdoor sealing and cleaning of our decks. And they're always running special deals like spring cleaning specials and I'm planning to get their mother's day cleaning special this May from the kids. I've even recommended them to my boss to do the commercial window cleaning of the large glass storefront on our building. I have no doubt they will do just as good a job as they do on our house. We highly recommend them.

I used to try to clean the windows and do the skylight and chandelier cleaning myself, until I started a new medication that made me feel dizzy, especially when I was up on a ladder. Mr Windows was referred to me by my sister. They do all of her exterior and pool deck cleaning and she is really happy with the consistent service they provide. I tried them out, using a spring cleaning special coupon that my sister gave me and have to say they did an amazing job. They were completely at ease on their ladders and got the glass sparkling and clear, much better than I ever did! When we first moved to Reston, we didn't know a soul. Our new house was in pretty good condition but it did need some home improvement! The windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and the house needed exterior cleaning too. We asked our new neighbors who they used and they told us they used Mr. Windows Cleaning Service for the commercial window cleaning and power washing at their office and residential window cleaning at their home. I hired Mr. Windows to clean a 2-story single family home in the Fall of 2016. Everything went smoothly. Fast appt and on-time. They cleaned glass inside and out , sills , and screens. They did a great job and I would hire them again. When getting quotes from any window washer its important to determine whats included or not ( ex: how much more for sills?). I learned that next time they come there could be an upcharge to clean the exterior windows of the second story that are on a hill due to tricky ladder work.

I used Mr. Windows for the first time this past weekend, and had a great experience. Mike was very responsive from the moment I contacted him, and we met ahead of the job date to review what need to be done at the house. The day of, we found his crew to all be very courteous and professional.

We had over 20 windows cleaned inside and out, including the screens and frames. Two of these windows are large (15ft across) and required setting ladders in the landscaping for access. We also had all the gutters and siding hand cleaned, and the outside stairways power-washed. All-in-all the crew was there for a good 2.5 hours and never let up.

Note that the house had just been professionally cleaned inside and landscaped outside, yet when Mike and his crew were done, it was as tidy as when they arrived, which I find extraordinary considering how much muck they cleaned away (windows had not been washed in years). Further, following the power-wash of the basement access stairway, one of our drains clogged up and while all the water eventually disappeared, a some sludge was left on the basement landing. Called Mike and he was back in an instant to unclog the drain and clean it up (at no extra charge). He even came back the following day (Sunday) to make sure there were no remaining issues.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Windows. They're a hard working crew and really did a great job for a fair price. Happy to further discuss my experience with anyone who is interested in giving Mike some business.
