I used Mr. Windows for the first time this past weekend, and had a great experience. Mike was very responsive from the moment I contacted him, and we met ahead of the job date to review what need to be done at the house. The day of, we found his crew to all be very courteous and professional.

We had over 20 windows cleaned inside and out, including the screens and frames. Two of these windows are large (15ft across) and required setting ladders in the landscaping for access. We also had all the gutters and siding hand cleaned, and the outside stairways power-washed. All-in-all the crew was there for a good 2.5 hours and never let up.

Note that the house had just been professionally cleaned inside and landscaped outside, yet when Mike and his crew were done, it was as tidy as when they arrived, which I find extraordinary considering how much muck they cleaned away (windows had not been washed in years). Further, following the power-wash of the basement access stairway, one of our drains clogged up and while all the water eventually disappeared, a some sludge was left on the basement landing. Called Mike and he was back in an instant to unclog the drain and clean it up (at no extra charge). He even came back the following day (Sunday) to make sure there were no remaining issues.

Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Windows. They’re a hard working crew and really did a great job for a fair price. Happy to further discuss my experience with anyone who is interested in giving Mike some business.
