Cleaned the interior and exterior of all windows and doors–including screens–on my home–first and second floors. I contacted Mike sometime in the spring regarding an estimate; was happy that he drove out here (north of Leesburg) to do the estimate himself. (I had contacted another cleaning company last year who did not come out to the house to provide an estimate–instead, I wasted time taking pictures of the house for him to use for the estimate. Will not do that again.) Mike provided the estimate and it was a bit difficult getting in touch with him to finalize things–he seems very busy and is often on a job site, so probably not able to get back to customers right away.
I am happy that I persisted and followed up with him, though. His crew of 3 individuals arrived on time and were professional throughout the day–uniforms, very quietly went about their business, answered my questions. They did not stop for lunch–though they certainly could have. They began at 8:30, ended at 4:00.
I went through the house with the crew leader to inspect the work and it was flawless. Windows were perfectly clean, no streaks, no dirt.
I absolutely will hire Mike again next year–experience was good, work was terrific.
